Cooperation between Law Enforcement Agencies and the Internet Industry
Trier, 10-11 November 2011.
This event is intended as a platform to debate and assess effective cooperation between law enforcement agencies and the internet industry to prevent, detect and respond to crimes committed using Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).
During the seminar the most recent European legal acts and complementary meausres such as the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime (2001) and the two new proposals for directives to replace Council Framework Decision 2005/222/JHA on attacks against information systems and Council Framework Decision 2004/68/JHA on combating sexual exploitation of children and child pornography, will be analysed.
